Our gym boasts amazing cardio facilities, a strength training gym downstairs with new strength/plate loaded equipment, classes & studio space. There is also a separate area to accomodate ladies and some of our younger and older generations. Our friendly and fully qualified staff are always happy to help new/existing members and would love to show you around if you are considering joining.
In addition to the gym facilities, both changing rooms include a sauna as well showers and lockers whilst the ladies also includes FREE hair dryers.
